WHAT WE TAKE
OFFICE & COMMERCIAL CLEANOUTS
Desks, cubicles and filing cabinets full of 2009 — cleared after hours or over a weekend so Monday looks like nothing happened. We work around your lease deadline, not the other way around.
Certificates of insurance are available for building management, our crews are used to freight elevators and loading docks, and we can provide e-waste recycling documentation for your records.

WHAT AN OFFICE CLEANOUT COSTS
YOU PAY FOR WHAT IT FILLS.
Commercial jobs are priced by the volume the load fills in our truck, on the same posted rates as everything else — no commercial markup, no hourly meter running while your building manager finds the freight elevator key.
Most office jobs run $199–$690 or more depending on the square footage being cleared. Evening and weekend slots are available at the same rates.
- Minimum Charge Single small items$125.00
- 1/8 Truck Load$199.00
- 1/6 Truck Load$268.00
- 1/4 Truck Load$325.00
- 1/3 Truck Load$395.00
- 1/2 Truck Load$475.00
- 3/4 Truck Load$595.00
- Full Truck Load$690.00
Break rooms and IT closets usually turn up a few of these:
- TVs & computer monitors+$35.00
- Freon appliances Break-room fridges, A/C+$45.00
- Mattresses or box springs+$50.00
Every rate includes a 2-man crew, all labor, heavy lifting, loading, and standard disposal fees. Your exact, no-obligation price is confirmed with you in person before any work begins — and it never goes up mid-job. See the full pricing page for every tier and add-on.
GETTING YOUR PRICE
TEXT PHOTOS. GET A FREE ESTIMATE.
Text us photos or a floor plan and you'll get a free estimate back within a couple hours, 7am–7pm. Tell us the floor, the elevator situation and your access window — those shape the schedule more than the pile does.
A texted quote is a free estimate, not a firm price. Jobs of four items or fewer can get a firm price by text; a floor of cubicles comes back as an estimated range instead.
The exact, no-obligation price is confirmed with you in person on a walkthrough before any work begins, and it never goes up mid-job. If the number isn't right for you, you owe us nothing.
We also beat any written estimate from the big-name competitors — bring us theirs.
