Whole-space cleanouts are our favorite kind of job: garages, basements, attics, storage units and full estates. We sort as we go, set aside photos, documents and valuables without being asked, donate what deserves a second life, and sweep the floor on the way out.
You don't have to pre-sort anything or drag it to the curb. Point at what goes and we'll handle the rest — including the shelving it's sitting on if you want that gone too.

WHAT A CLEANOUT COSTS
YOU PAY FOR WHAT IT FILLS.
Cleanouts are priced by the volume the load fills in our truck — never by the hour, so a crew working carefully around a family's belongings costs you exactly the same as a crew rushing.
Most cleanouts run $475–$690 or more, since a full garage or estate usually fills at least half a truck. Big jobs sometimes take more than one load; if yours does, we tell you that on-site and price each load at the same posted rates.

Text us photos of the space and you'll get a free estimate back within a couple hours, 7am–7pm. A few wide shots from the doorway beat a dozen close-ups.
A texted quote is a free estimate, not a firm price. Jobs of four items or fewer can get a firm price by text — a cleanout almost never is, so these come back as an estimated range.
The exact, no-obligation price is confirmed with you in person before any work begins, once we've seen the space and know what's really in it. It never goes up mid-job, and if the number isn't right for you, you owe us nothing and we drive away.
