PRICING
YOU ONLY PAY FOR THE SPACE YOU FILL.
No hidden fees and no hourly clock — you pay for the general space your items occupy in our extra-large trucks. Every upfront rate below includes a 2-man crew, all labor, heavy lifting, loading, and standard disposal fees.
OUR STANDARD BOOK RATES
PRICED BY THE LOAD, NOT BY THE HOUR.
The fractions painted on the box are the same fractions on the rate card — you are charged for the slice of the truck your junk fills, and nothing more.

- 1/8 Truck Load$199.00
- 1/6 Truck Load$268.00
- 1/4 Truck Load$325.00
- 1/3 Truck Load$395.00
- 1/2 Truck Load$475.00
- 3/4 Truck Load$595.00
- Full Truck Load$690.00
HOW WE PRICE
THREE RULES. NO SURPRISES.
This is the whole pricing policy, and it does not change once the truck is in your driveway.
By volume, not by hour
You are charged for the space your items fill in the truck — never for how long the job takes us. A tricky basement carry-out costs the same as an easy curbside grab. Crew, labor, heavy lifting, loading and standard disposal are all inside the rate.
Confirmed before we start
A texted or phoned quote is a free estimate, not a firm price. Your exact, no-obligation price is confirmed on-site, in person, before any work begins — and once you approve it, it never goes up mid-job.
We beat any written estimate
Already have a written estimate from one of the big-name national haulers for the same job? Show it to us and we will beat it. Bring it to the door or text us a photo of it with your junk.
ADD-ONS, PUBLISHED UP FRONT
THE ONLY THINGS THAT COST EXTRA.
Two categories sit outside the plain volume rate — items that must be recycled under special rules, and material that is simply too heavy to price by space. Both are listed here in full.
These items require specialized recycling and strict environmental handling by Minnesota agencies — charged transparently as a per-item fee on top of truck volume:
- Freon Appliances Fridges, freezers, A/C, dehumidifiers+$45 each
- TVs & Computer Monitors+$35 each
- Mattresses or Box Springs+$50 each
- Tires Standard passenger+$15 each
- Tires Commercial / with rims+$25 each
Dirt, concrete, brick, tile, and shingles are too heavy to price by volume. We price them strictly by how high they fill the bed of the truck:
- 1/4 Truck Max Bedload$299.00
- 1/2 Truck Max Bedload$499.00
SIZING IT UP
WHAT A LOAD ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE.
Here is roughly what each slice of the truck tends to hold — these are examples to help you guess, not a guarantee of the size you will land on.
- Minimum Charge A single small item or a few boxes — one appliance, a mattress, a couple bags from the closet$125.00
- 1/8 Truck Load a recliner and a few boxes, or one corner of the garage$199.00
- 1/4 Truck Load a couch plus a few boxes$325.00
- 1/2 Truck Load a one-car garage cleanout, or a couple rooms of furniture$475.00
- 3/4 Truck Load a large garage plus a shed, or most of a finished basement$595.00
- Full Truck Load a full basement, or a whole-property cleanout$690.00
BEFORE YOU BOOK
HOW YOUR ESTIMATE WORKS.
We would rather over-explain this than have you wonder about it in your driveway.
FROM PHOTO TO FINAL PRICE
- 1Text photos of the junk to 763-303-2091. A free estimate comes back within a couple hours, 7am–7pm, Monday through Saturday.
- 2Four items or fewer? We can often give you a firm price right in the text. Larger jobs get an estimated range instead — photos only show so much of a garage.
- 3Exact price on-site. The crew walks the job with you and confirms your exact, no-obligation price in person before any work begins. Once you approve it, it never goes up mid-job.
- 4You decide. Happy with the price? We load it right then and sweep up. Not for you? You owe nothing — every estimate is no-obligation.
We beat any written estimate from the big-name competitors.
A texted estimate isn’t a firm price — your final price is always confirmed in person, in writing, before any work begins. No obligation.
The volume rates on this page are our standard book rates. Quotes given by text or phone are estimates — not firm prices — until our crew confirms them on-site. Jobs of four items or fewer may qualify for a firm price by text; larger jobs receive an estimated range. Your exact price is approved by you in person before any work begins, and it never goes up mid-job. Estimates are no-obligation — if the on-site price isn’t right, you owe nothing. PRICING QUESTIONS
THE MONEY STUFF.
Everything it takes to make the junk disappear: a 2-man crew, all labor, the heavy lifting from wherever the items sit — basement, attic, backyard, third floor — loading, the truck, and standard disposal fees. We sweep up after ourselves too. The only things added on top are the published specialty-item surcharges and heavy-material bedload rates listed above.
No. We price by volume — the space your items take up in our truck — so you never have to watch the clock or feel bad about a long carry. A job that takes our crew twenty minutes and a job that takes two hours cost the same if they fill the same amount of truck.
The on-site price is the price. A texted estimate is built from photos, and photos miss things — the pile behind the pile, the second mattress, the shed you forgot to mention. When we see the job in person we measure it and confirm your exact, no-obligation price before anything is lifted. If it comes out higher than the photo estimate, you hear about it standing right there and you decide. If it isn't right for you, you owe nothing and we drive off. Once you approve a price, it never goes up mid-job.
No. Sorting your load and running the good stuff to a local charity or a certified recycler is on us — it is part of the volume rate, and standard disposal fees are already built in. We will leave you the donation receipt when there is one. The only exception is the short list of items Minnesota requires be handled specially: freon appliances, TVs and monitors, mattresses and tires, which carry the published per-item surcharge.
Specialty surcharges are a flat fee per item added to the volume rate, because those items require certified recycling and strict environmental handling under Minnesota rules — freon appliances +$45, TVs and monitors +$35, mattresses and box springs +$50, passenger tires +$15, commercial tires or tires with rims +$25.
Heavy material — dirt, concrete, brick, tile and shingles — is far too dense to price by space, so it is priced by how high it fills the truck bed instead: 1/4 truck max $299.00 or 1/2 truck max $499.00. Both are quoted to you before we start, same as everything else.
