JUNK REMOVAL, EXPLAINED.

You pay for the space your junk fills in our truck. It runs from a $125 minimum for a single small item, through $325 for a quarter truck and $475 for a half, up to $690 for a full load. Every rate includes a 2-man crew, all the labour, loading and standard disposal fees.

Text photos of your junk to 763-303-2091 and you will get a free estimate back within a couple hours, 7am–7pm. On a computer? Use our online quote form. Either way the exact price is locked in person before we touch anything — and if you do not like the number, we leave and you owe nothing.

In the north metro — Coon Rapids, Blaine, Anoka, Andover, Champlin, Ramsey, Fridley, Brooklyn Park and nearby — same-day is usually possible if you text before noon. The rest of the Twin Cities is typically next-day or the first available window. We run one truck, so we would rather give you a real time than a promise we cannot keep.

No. Plenty of jobs happen while the customer is at work. Tell us where the junk sits, leave a gate or garage code if we need one, and approve the price by text.

No. Carrying it down from an upstairs bedroom or up from a basement is included in the volume rate. You do not need to move anything to the curb first — that is the job.

Hazardous material: wet paint, chemicals and solvents, oils and fuel, gasoline and propane, asbestos, medical waste, ammunition, and storage drums or waste tanks. We also do not do structural demolition, interior tear-outs, garage teardowns or asbestos abatement. If we cannot take it, we will point you to a safe local disposal site.

Anything usable goes to donation first, metals and electronics go to certified recyclers, and only what is genuinely finished goes to the landfill. Ask on the day and we will get you a donation receipt.

Some items cost more to dispose of properly, and we publish those rather than hide them: freon appliances (fridges, freezers, A/C, dehumidifiers) +$45 each, TVs and computer monitors +$35 each, mattresses and box springs +$50 each, tires +$15 each or +$25 with rims. These are added on top of the truck volume rate.

Heavy material is too dense to price by volume, so it is charged by how high it fills the truck bed instead: $299 for a quarter-truck bedload, $499 for a half. That covers dirt, concrete, brick, tile and shingles.

We are based in Coon Rapids and cover the Twin Cities metro — Anoka, Hennepin, Ramsey, Washington, Dakota, Scott, Carver, Wright, Sherburne, Isanti and Chisago counties, plus the St. Cloud area for larger jobs. Check your ZIP on our service area page.

Light, non-structural demolition only: sheds, decks and porches, fences, playsets, above-ground pools, hot tubs, and concrete patios or small slabs. We do not do structural or load-bearing work, interior tear-outs, garage teardowns, permit-required demolition or asbestos abatement.

Payment is due when the load is on the truck. We will confirm accepted payment methods when we book your job.

Yes. We carry commercial general liability and commercial auto insurance, and we will send a COI before the job — just ask. For property managers and realtors this is routine for us.

A texted or online estimate is our best read from photos. Jobs of four items or fewer can often get a firm price remotely; bigger jobs come back as a range. Either way the exact, no-obligation price is confirmed in person before any work starts, and it never goes up mid-job.
