WHAT WE TAKE
FURNITURE REMOVAL
That couch isn't going to carry itself down the stairs — and it shouldn't have to be your problem. We lift, load and haul every piece, from a single mattress to a whole house of furniture, and the narrow staircase, the tight doorway and the second-floor walk-up are all included in the price.
Anything still usable goes to a local Twin Cities charity, and we leave the donation receipt in your hand before we pull away. What can't be donated gets broken down and recycled wherever there's a stream for it.

WHAT FURNITURE COSTS
YOU PAY FOR WHAT IT FILLS.
Furniture is priced by the space it takes up in our truck — not by the hour and not by the piece. A single recliner sits at the minimum charge; a living room set usually lands somewhere between an eighth and a half load.
Most furniture pickups run $125–$475. The labor is already in that number: the stairs, the doorways, the disassembly and the loading are all included.
- Minimum Charge Single small items$125.00
- 1/8 Truck Load$199.00
- 1/6 Truck Load$268.00
- 1/4 Truck Load$325.00
- 1/3 Truck Load$395.00
- 1/2 Truck Load$475.00
- 3/4 Truck Load$595.00
- Full Truck Load$690.00
A few items carry a recycling surcharge on top of the volume rate:
- Mattresses or box springs+$50.00
- TVs & computer monitors+$35.00
Every rate includes a 2-man crew, all labor, heavy lifting, loading, and standard disposal fees. Your exact, no-obligation price is confirmed with you in person before any work begins — and it never goes up mid-job. See the full pricing page for every tier and add-on.
GETTING YOUR PRICE
TEXT PHOTOS. GET A FREE ESTIMATE.
Text us photos of the furniture and you'll get a free estimate back within a couple hours, 7am–7pm. A shot of the whole room helps, plus the path we'll carry it out through.
A texted quote is a free estimate, not a firm price. If your job is four items or fewer — a couch, a recliner and two end tables, say — we can usually give you a firm price right there by text. Bigger loads come back as an estimated range instead.
Either way, the exact, no-obligation price is confirmed with you in person on-site before any work begins, and it never goes up mid-job. If the number isn't right for you, you owe us nothing.
We also beat any written estimate from the big-name competitors — bring us theirs.
