Good to know
- These are heavy-item jobs: weight, stairs and tight access raise the price.
- Hot tubs: a licensed electrician must disconnect the power (switching off the breaker isn't enough), gas and plumbing must be disconnected, and the tub drained. We won't remove a tub that's still connected.
- Safes must be empty and unlocked.
How the price works
You pay for the space it takes in our truck. Very heavy items, hard-to-reach spots and extra flights of stairs cost more. Text photos for a free price range; the exact price is confirmed on-site before we start and never goes up mid-job.

Does the hot tub need to be drained?
Yes, please drain it before we arrive. If it can't be drained, tell us when you text photos.
Do you take pianos?
Yes, uprights and small grands. Pianos are priced as heavy items and stairs add cost, so tell us about any steps when you send photos.
