MEGAJUNK LLC (“MEGAJUNK,” “we,” “us”) of Coon Rapids, Minnesota operates megajunkmn.com and the text-message estimate service at 763-303-2091. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What We Collect

Contact info you give us: name, phone number, address or ZIP code.
Messages and photos you text us to get an estimate.
Basic, non-identifying website usage data (our host’s standard server logs).
What you type into our quote or donation form. On a phone, the form opens a text message to us that you choose to send, so it reaches us the same way a text does.

How We Use It

To reply with your estimate, schedule your pickup, and perform the service.
To follow up about the job you asked about.
For our records: invoices and disposal documentation.

THE PART ABOUT TEXTING

TEXT MESSAGING (SMS/MMS) TERMS.

By texting 763-303-2091 you consent to receive text messages from MEGAJUNK about your estimate and your service. Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply per your carrier plan.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages.
Reply HELP for help, or call us at 763-303-2091.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase — you can always call instead.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or your text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing. Your number is used to talk to you about your job, and that’s it.

Photos you text us are used to prepare your free estimate and to plan the crew and truck space for the job. A texted estimate is not a firm price — the exact price is confirmed with you in person before any work begins. See our Terms of Service for how estimates and pricing work.

What We Don’t Do

We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t send marketing blasts. We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the business — our phone carrier and our website host — or when the law requires it.

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party ad pixels.

Retention & Your Choices

We keep job records as long as needed for business and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your contact information and message history at any time — text or call 763-303-2091 and we’ll take care of it.

Children

Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes & Contact

If we change this policy, we’ll post the update here with a new date at the top of the page. Questions? Call or text 763-303-2091, Mon–Sat 7am–7pm.
