Common Questions
The questions we get asked most. Don't see yours? Text or call 763-303-2091.
How do I get a price?
Get a free quote online, or text photos of your junk to 763-303-2091. You'll get a free price range back, usually within a couple hours, 7am–7pm Mon–Sat. The exact price is confirmed in person before we touch anything. If you don't like the number, we leave and you owe nothing.
How is junk removal priced?
By how much of the load your junk fills, not by the hour: $125 for a single item, $189 for a 1/8 load, up to $699 for a full load. Most home jobs are $299–$449. Very heavy items, hard-to-reach spots and extra flights of stairs cost more. Some items have recycling fees (fridges, TVs, mattresses, tires), and heavy material like concrete, dirt or shingles costs more and only fills part of the truck. Your estimate lists all of it.
Can you come the same day?
In the north metro (Coon Rapids, Blaine, Anoka, Andover, Champlin, Ramsey, Fridley, Brooklyn Park and nearby) same-day is usually possible if you reach us before noon. The rest of the Twin Cities is typically next-day or the first open window.
Do I need to be home?
No. Tell us where the junk is and leave a gate or garage code if needed. The crew texts you the price and starts only after you approve it.
Are stairs or a second floor extra?
Sometimes. Extra flights of stairs and hard-to-reach spots add labor, so they can raise the price. Tell us about them when you text photos and the estimate will include them. You still don't need to move anything to the curb.
What don't you take?
Hazardous material: liquid paint (dry latex paint out first), chemicals and solvents, fertilizers and pesticides, oil and fuel, gasoline and propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste, ammunition, loose lithium batteries, and drums or waste tanks. Tires are OK with a recycling fee. If we can't take it, we'll point you to a safe local drop-off.
Do you charge extra to donate my stuff?
No. We sort it, haul it and drop usable items at local Twin Cities charities at no extra cost; you pay the same volume price. Charities have strict rules on condition, so if they decline something we recycle it or dispose of it properly, still at your quoted price.
What happens to my stuff?
Anything usable goes to donation first, metal and electronics go to recyclers, and only what's truly finished goes to the landfill.
Do you do demolition?
Light, non-structural demolition only: sheds, decks, fences, playsets, above-ground pools, hot tubs and small concrete patios. No load-bearing work, interior tear-outs, garage teardowns or asbestos.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry commercial general liability and commercial auto insurance. Property managers and realtors can request a certificate of insurance before the job.
How do I pay?
Payment is due when the load is on the truck. We'll confirm accepted payment methods when we book your job.
